Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy. We also want you to lube the O-rings. Both things matter.

The plain version

"It won't push out the box." That's the O-rings needing lube — it's not a fault. Spray the inside with cooking/baking spray once and it'll work perfectly. This is not a valid return reason because it's not broken. (We know it feels broken. It isn't. Promise.)

Genuinely faulty or damaged in transit? Message us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order reference and we'll sort a replacement or refund.

Changed your mind? Unused, undamaged, in original packaging, within 7 days — you can return it for a refund minus return shipping. Consumer Protection Act rights apply.

Used it and have regrets? That's between you and your headache. Not refundable.
